Once your Divorce Petition has been issued a copy will be sent to your partner so that they have an opportunity to respond either agreeing that the Divorce should proceed or that they object to it proceeding.
Unfortunately all to often for a variety of reasons they ignore the documents leaving you unable to proceed to applying for a decree nisi.
At this stage you can instruct a process server to personally serve the documents. We offer a fixed fee service at £80 which allows for up to three attempts at personal service and provision of a Statement of Service. These three attempts will be made on different days and at different times to maximise the chances of meeting with the Respondent and effecting personal service of the documents.
We serve documents across the country from cities such as London, Manchester and Leeds through to towns from Carlisle in the North to Truro in the South West.
